Yvonne Crouch has extensive experience in strategic planning, executive recruitment, professional development, facilitation, community consultation and organisational consulting. She has a strong background in working with the local government, community and not-for-profit sectors, and a comprehensive understanding, knowledge and network across metropolitan, regional and provincial community based organisations.

Yvonne has highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with experience in research, communication and negotiation at all levels. She brings specialist skills in consultation and facilitation procedures and is experienced and highly competent in both individual and group consultation procedures, and in communicating and consulting with in-house and general community groups.

Yvonne has a strong background in leadership program and professional development, especially in the local government sector. Over some 5 years, she held a senior role with Local Government Professionals (LGPro), with responsibility for the development and management of professional development programs for local government professionals across a broad spectrum of professional interest areas.

Most recently Yvonne has held the position of Managing Consultant – Local Government with JoFisher Executive (JFE), a boutique executive search & selection and organisational consultancy firm operating in Australia and New Zealand. In this role, Yvonne was responsible for the growth and delivery of the range of JFE services in the local government sector in metropolitan and regional Victoria, as well as generating and supporting other Government related and community based assignments. Yvonne has led executive search assignments at CEO, Director, General Manager and Manager levels across a wide range of metropolitan, large regional and provincial local government and community based organisations.

Yvonne’s early career involved consulting to a range of corporate, not-forprofit, state and local government clients assignments for with a focus on strategic planning, project management, executive recruitment, facilitation, business planning and marketing.

Yvonne studied commerce –economics at Melbourne University, and has since undertaken further professional development in communication and leadership.

She brings to her work the ability to engage people at all levels combined with a pragmatic and solution oriented approach and the desire and determination to achieve positive outcomes.
