Our Service

Mach 2 Consulting offers a recruitment support and search service to assist you in recruiting to senior executive and management roles. Our service focus is specifically in the local government and NFP/community based sectors.

Our model is a bit different.

We will partner with our clients to provide executive recruitment resources /supporting services tailored to specific client needs.   This might be where our clients want to stay close to an appointment internally but are looking for some additional support or resourcing in the form of the right skills and objectivity, or where an arms-length search capability is required.

Specific services in a 'tailored package' may include:

  • Planning an advertising and search strategy
  • Implementing a targeted candidate search to broaden a candidate pool
  • Receiving and managing responses to an advertising/search  campaign
  • Qualification and reporting on all applicants
  • First round interviews /shortlisting
  • Participating in selection panel interviews
  • Referee checks
  • Post-appointment candidate follow-up.

Our fees …

Our consulting fees will be tailored to each assignment and based on the consulting time required to complete the agreed tasks. 

Capability …

Yvonne Crouch is the Lead Consultant for the Mach 2 Executive Recruitment service . She has access to input input and knowledge from the broader Mach 2 consultancy team as appropriate to individual assignments.

Yvonne has extensive experience in senior level executive recruitment. She also has experience in strategic planning, project management, professional development, program management/delivery, organisational and service review.   Yvonne has worked as a Managing Consultant with a national executive search and selection firm and has managed recruitment assignments for a broad range of senior executive roles.   She has a strong background in working the local government, community and not-for-profit sectors, and a  comprehensive understanding, knowledge and extensive network across metropolitan, regional and provincial community based organisations.
